Tutor (Full Time)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons according to the curriculum and learning objectives.

• Monitor students progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.

• Prepare lesson materials, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources.

• Adapt lesson plans to meet students different learning needs.

• Participate in curriculum planning, team meetings, training, and company activities.

• Support enrolment, placement assessments, workshops, and other education-related activities.

• Perform other reasonable duties related to teaching, students, parents, and centre operations.

• Be available to teach on weekday evenings, weekends, and school holidays based on operational needs. Alternative rest days may be arranged with Management.

Requirements

• Degree or Master's degree in Education or a related field.

• Relevant experience teaching primary school and/or kindergarten children.

• Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills.

• Ability to build positive relationships with young learners.

• Able to work collaboratively with academic and professional development teams.

• Able to create and adapt lesson plans to meet different learning needs.
