Job Description

A Business Development Manager for Turkish and Indian cuisine is responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, developing and implementing business strategies, and building partnerships to expand the brand. Key duties include market research, sales strategy development, lead generation, client relationship management, contract negotiation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills, along with knowledge of the food and beverage industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning:Develop and execute growth strategies for markets and brands, including expansion into new regions or countries.
  • Market analysis:Conduct market research to identify new markets, consumer trends, and competitor activities.
  • Partnerships:Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with potential franchisees, investors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Sales and negotiation:Identify and qualify new clients, arrange meetings, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to legal guidelines.
  • Client management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers, addressing their needs and providing feedback.
  • Collaboration:Work with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to align on business development efforts.
  • Reporting and analysis:Track performance against targets, analyze data, and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Operations:Manage the implementation of new business initiatives and ensure operational standards, such as quality control and safety, are met.

Qualifications and skills
