About the Role

As part of the cornerstone of our fiduciary framework, you will support the end-to-end safeguarding of cash, securities, and digital assets. You will provide critical oversight for SPV and trust structures, ensuring every transaction and trustee decision is defensible, compliant, and audit-ready. This role is designed for a seasoned operations leader who can navigate complex MAS regulatory landscapes (SFA, FAA, Trust Companies Act) while driving the evolution of our custody controls and digital asset integration.

Key Responsibilities:

. Custody & Asset Safeguarding: Support the end-to-end lifecycle for traditional and digital assets, overseeing reconciliations, corporate actions, and the establishment of robust segregation frameworks.

. Fiduciary Oversight: Support trustee administration for SPVs and trusts, interpreting complex deeds to monitor issuer obligations, covenants, and formal trustee actions.

. Regulatory & Risk Governance: Support the team for MAS compliance (SFA, FAA, TCA) partner with Compliance on inspections and maintain rigorous incident remediation plans.

. Onboarding & AML Oversight: Direct the due diligence and KYC/KYB assessments for issuers and intermediaries, ensuring all counterparties align with internal risk appetite.

. Reporting & Audit Readiness: Serve as the primary contact for auditors and regulators, ensuring all records are inspection-ready and presenting periodic governance reports to senior management.

. Strategic Transformation: Lead workflow automation and UAT for new systems, translating regulatory requirements into scalable operational designs for new asset classes.

Requirements:

. Experience: 3-5+ years in Custody Operations, Trustee Administration, or Asset Servicing.

. Regulatory Expertise: Deep knowledge of MAS frameworks (SFA, FAA, Trust Companies Act, and relevant Notices).

. Technical Breadth: Experience with SPV structures and capital markets exposure to Digital Assets or Tokenized Securities is a strong advantage.

. Operational Mindset: Demonstrated ability to act as an independent control owner with a high degree of audit-ready documentation discipline.

. Leadership: Experience coaching junior team members and managing complex stakeholder relationships across Legal, Tech, and Senior Management.

. Industry Background: Prior experience in regulated FinTech, Trust Companies, or Fund Administration is highly preferred.
