Job Description

An established international trust and fiduciary services provider is seeking an experienced Trust Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of private clients.

This is a highly client-facing position where you will serve as the primary relationship contact for clients and their professional advisers, while coordinating trust administration and service delivery across an international network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of trust clients as their primary point of contact.
  • Handle client instructions involving distributions, asset transactions, beneficiaries, Letters of Wishes and trust deed amendments.
  • Liaise with bankers, investment managers, lawyers, tax advisers and other professional intermediaries.
  • Coordinate trust administration and service delivery with internal teams across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage annual trust reviews, onboarding documentation and ongoing client matters.
  • Support trust accounting queries and review client invoices and fee arrangements.
  • Monitor outstanding fees and follow up on collections where required.
  • Ensure client files, records and administrative matters are maintained accurately and promptly.
  • Support ongoing CDD, risk assessments, monitoring and other regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure client relationships are managed in accordance with internal controls, policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Relevant experience within Trust, Fiduciary or Private Client Services.
  • Strong knowledge of trust administration and private client structures.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and coordinating complex client requirements.
  • Comfortable engaging with HNW clients and professional advisers including bankers, lawyers and investment managers.
  • Good understanding of CDD, ongoing monitoring and fiduciary regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken Mandarin is required to support Chinese-speaking clients.
