We're looking for an Assistant Manager to play a key role in delivering high quality fiduciary services while actively supporting the teams development and strengthening trusted client relationships.

This is an opportunity for a confident fiduciary professional ready to step up, combining technical expertise, governance responsibility and people leadership in a fast paced international environment.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of a portfolio of trust, company and foundation structures
• Act as a trusted day to day contact for clients
• Support onboarding, compliance and governance requirements
• Supervise, mentor and develop Associates and Senior Associates
• Drive workflow efficiency and ensure high quality, timely delivery
• Contribute to billing accuracy, WIP management and financial performance
• You may also act as a director, signatory or controlled function, exercising sound fiduciary judgement and regulatory awareness

What You Bring

• 35 years fiduciary, private wealth or corporate services experience
• Strong technical knowledge of trust and company administration
• Experience guiding and reviewing junior colleagues work
• A proactive, detail oriented and client focused mindset
• Professional qualification (STEP/CGIUKI) or actively studying
