Job Description

We are a global fiduciary firm dedicated to providing excellent Corporate & Global Expansion, Active Wealth, Pension & Incentive services, and Fund solutions.

We are seeking an organised and responsible individual to support the senior trust administrator(s) / client manager(s) in handling the administrativeresponsibilities for a portfolio of trusts, companies and other wealthstructures ensuring timely delivery and high quality of service to bothintermediaries and clients. The role holder will work with the senior trustadministrator(s) / client managers to identify and mitigate risk across theirspan of control and will be responsible for supporting their team mates withinthe office.

Key Accountabilities

Administrative:

The Trust Administration Officer will ensure that all documents are stored (electronically and physically)according to agreed policies and procedures.

Intermediaries / Clients:

The TrustAdministration Officer will ensure that they deliver high quality service to all intermediaries and clients, working closely with the seniortrust administrator(s) / client manager(s).

They will support the senior trust administrator(s) / clientmanager(s) in delivering opportunities to drive up levels of client service.The role holder will ensure they deliver client commitments based on agreeddeadlines and to a high standard.

The Trust Administration Officer takesresponsibility for preparing (amongst others) bank account opening documents,trust review packs and any other trust related documents for the senior trustadministrator(s) / client manager(s).

Commercial:

The Trust Administration Officer will achieve personal targets as set out for their role for time recording and utilization.They will support the senior trust administrator(s) / client manager(s) inensuring prompt collection of debt.

Risk:

The Trust Administration Officer takesresponsibility for carrying out risk screenings on clients/ trust relatedparties, first level client CDD reviews and preparing the required documentsaccording to agreed policies and procedures.

Knowledge and Experience

Professional and Technical Experience:

The successful applicant will demonstrate goodclient service delivering against the needs and demands of high net worthclients. They will demonstrate a basic understanding of the technicalprinciples of day to day fiduciary administration.

Personal Attributes:

The Trust Administration Officer will be expected to be client centric, building relationships and working to exceed expectations, they will be flexible andprofessional when working under time driven pressures and will develop with coaching their prioritization and time management skills. They must bes elf-motivated and focused on achieving targets and goals.

Language Skills:

English and Mandarin

Past experience

Banking, paralegal or corporate secretarial experience would be useful.
