TRUCK DRIVER

Job Description

• Operate trucks transport to construction sites.

• Ensure timely and safe delivery of concrete according to project schedules.

• Inspect vehicle before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness and report defects.

• Maintain proper slump and quality of during transit.

• Discharge concrete safely at site as directed by site supervisors.

• Clean and wash truck after deliveries to prevent concrete buildup.

• Follow traffic rules, company safety policies, and site safety regulations.

• Complete delivery tickets and basic daily reports.

• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site personnel.
  
  Job Requirements

  • Valid driving licence for heavy vehicles (Class 4 / equivalent).

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience operating similar heavy vehicles.

  • Knowledge of concrete properties and safe handling practices.

  • Familiar with local road routes and construction site operations.

  • Physically fit and able to work long hours, including weekends if required.

  • Good safety awareness and ability to follow instructions.

  • Basic communication skills (English/Tamil/Malay preferred).

  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
