- Support the end to end processing of reinsurance treaty claims.
- Assist in the accurate recording of claims data and documentation within core internal systems.
- Track and manage the status of open claims, ensuring timely follow up for missing information.
- Liaise with brokers and internal departments to manage essential claims communication and documentation.
- Prepare claims summaries and assist the team with general claims reporting and record-keeping.
