We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join the team. This role acts as the bridge between patients and dental professionals, ensuring a seamless and positive patient experience from the first consultation through to treatment completion.
The Treatment Coordinator is both a patient advocate and a service ambassador, helping patients understand their treatment options, managing schedules and finances, and supporting them through their entire journey with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for new and existing patients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience.
- Explain treatment plans and costs clearly to patients, and assist with payment arrangements or insurance claims.
- Support dentists and hygienists in preparing and presenting treatment plans.
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and scheduling of additional resources (e.g. specialists, anesthetists).
- Handle patient inquiries (treatment, financial, insurance) in a timely and professional manner.
- Track patient progress, follow up post-treatment, and maintain strong patient relationships.
- Monitor treatment acceptance and contribute to improving patient conversion and retention rates.
- Step in to support front desk operations when required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a dental clinic, medical aesthetics, healthcare, or high-end customer service role.
- Knowledge of basic dental or medical procedures preferred (training will be provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex treatments in simple terms.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing schedules and administrative processes.
- Outgoing, approachable, and with strong personal warmth - able to build rapport easily and put patients at ease.
