Key responsibilities:

  • Own group-wide cash visibility and liquidity planning to support day-to-day operations and longer-term business requirements across multiple entities.
  • Partner with senior finance leadership on funding strategy, refinancing activities, and capital structure considerations.
  • Act as the primary interface with banking partners, overseeing account structures, service arrangements, and commercial negotiations.
  • Monitor and manage financial exposures, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and counterparty risk, in line with internal risk appetite.
  • Ensure treasury activities operate within strong governance frameworks, with appropriate controls over payments, intercompany funding, and approvals.
  • Deliver clear, decision-oriented treasury insights to management and support audit, regulatory, and covenant requirements.
  • Contribute to treasury system enhancements and process improvements, driving automation, standardisation, and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years experience in corporate treasury, banking, or a related finance leadership role.
  • Proven exposure to liquidity planning, funding structures, and financial risk oversight.
