Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to appoint an experienced Treasury Manager to take ownership of group-wide liquidity, funding, banking relationships, and financial risk management.
This role works closely senior finance stakeholders, acting as the central point of accountability for cash visibility, capital structure, and treasury governance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily, short- and long-term cash flow forecasting, ensuring sufficient liquidity to support operations and strategic initiatives
- Manage funding activities, including debt facilities, credit lines, loan covenants, refinancing and new funding initiatives
- Own banking and counterparty relationships, including fee negotiations, guarantees, facilities, KYC and account structures
- Identify and manage FX, interest rate and liquidity risks, including hedging strategies in line with company policy
- Oversee treasury operations and controls, including payments, cash pooling, intercompany funding and fraud prevention
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, covenant and internal policy requirements; prepare treasury reports for senior management
- Drive systems, automation and process improvements, including Treasury Management Systems and banking platforms
- Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal and Operations teams across the organisation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 510 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking or a related finance function
- Strong understanding of cash management, debt instruments, financial markets and risk management
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; advanced Excel proficiency
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment
