Treasury Dealer, Corporate Banking

The Treasury function in the bank is responsible for balance sheet management including liquidity, funding, investments and associated market and liquidity risks. The role provides broad exposure to bank treasury activities, including liquidity management, funding, pricing and regulatory ratios.

Responsibilities

• Manage and actively trade and regional currency portfolios within approved limits and risk parameters.
• Assist with daily liquidity management and cash positioning of the Singapore branch in accordance with approved risk limits and policies.
• Support execution and monitoring of secured and unsecured funding activities, including short-term and longer-dated issuance.
• Assist in managing asset–liability mismatches, including support for FX and interest rate hedging transactions.
• Monitor and analyse the branch's HQLA portfolio, including composition, eligibility, and risk characteristics.
• Support Treasury P&L reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.
• Maintain and update daily pricing inputs, including funding curves and bid/offer levels across currencies and tenors.

Requirements

• Min 6 years of experience in Treasury in Corporate Banking.
• Professional certifications such as ACI Dealing Certificate, CFA, FRM, or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Foundational understanding of financial markets, FX, money markets, or fixed income products is a must.
• Experience in FX product development, treasury projects, or new product approval processes is desirable.
• Good understanding of Treasury products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
