Team Lead, Corporate Banking

Responsibilities:-

• Lead a team of corporate bankers to drive growth across lending and transaction banking.
• Manage overall portfolio P&L with a strong focus on risk-adjusted returns and sustainable revenue.
• Partner with coverage teams to originate and execute complex financing solutions, including M&A advisory, capital markets, treasury, and transaction banking.
• Oversee end-to-end credit processes, including structuring, approvals, documentation, and ongoing monitoring.
• Maintain strong credit quality and regulatory governance standards.
• Build and deepen client relationships, ensuring delivery of tailored financial solutions.
• Collaborate across internal teams and the Bank's global network to unlock client opportunities.

Requirements:-

• Degree-qualified; experience managing GLCs and large corporates is highly advantageous.
• 10–15 years experience in Corporate or Commercial Banking, with exposure to lending, trade finance, global markets, loan syndication, DCM, leveraged finance, or M&A.
• Proven leadership track record with strong credit and financial analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead deal teams.
• Strategic thinker, self-driven, and commercially astute.
• Strong team player with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively.
