Job Description

Job Description :

Shape how a global Treasury organization runs-where strong execution and strong controls go hand in hand. You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, remove operational friction, and deliver measurable outcomes across Asia. We'll give you visibility across the full Treasury operating model and opportunities to broaden your impact through strategic projects. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment that values sound judgment, clear communication, and ownership, you'll do well here.

As a Business Manager (Vice President) in Treasury and Chief Investment Office (TCIO) Business Management - Asia, you drive the business management agenda that enables safe, scalable Treasury operations. You partner with Treasury leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives, improve processes, and resolve day-to-day business issues. You help ensure clear documentation, effective governance, and a strong risk and control environment. You'll work across the transaction lifecycle with Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Control partners to keep priorities moving and outcomes delivered.

Treasury and Chief Investment Office (TCIO) manages the firm's balance sheet and liquidity, including funding, short-term cash deployment, and compliance with liquidity requirements. The team also helps manage structural interest rate and foreign exchange risk and supports decision-making through strong governance and transparency. You'll contribute to work that is highly visible, cross-business, and closely linked to risk management and regulatory expectations.
