• Lead the complete lifecycle of debt facility execution, lender engagement, and refinancing initiatives across key regional markets.

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate capital structures, debt capacity, project returns, and coverage ratios.

• Review and negotiate credit documentation, security structures, and term sheets in close collaboration with external legal advisors and business leaders.

• Manage ongoing loan portfolio operations, including covenant monitoring, compliance certificate preparation, and facility drawdowns.

• Oversee regional treasury operations, short-term liquidity forecasting, and financial risk mitigation strategies such as hedging.

• Deliver strategic analytical reports and treasury recommendations to executive management and board stakeholders.

skills and experience required
To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical acumen, commercial insight, and a track record of driving complex financing initiatives.

• Recognized degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline, with professional qualifications such as CFA viewed favorably.

• Strong track record in corporate banking, project finance, debt advisory, or infrastructure treasury operations.

• Advanced capabilities in financial modeling with specialized expertise in debt sizing, waterfall models, and coverage metrics.

• Comprehensive understanding of credit documentation, loan covenants, and regional financing mechanics.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging commercial banks, institutional lenders, and internal leadership.

• A collaborative mindset with a drive for continuous professional development within a psychologically safe and supportive environment.
