We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our Treasury transformation initiatives aimed at optimizing operational processes, enhancing cash management strategies, and implementing innovative tools and technologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in Treasury operations, financial analysis, project management or process improvement to contribute to a high-impact transformation initiative within a leading insurance company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Transformation Projects: Provide hands-on support for Treasury transformation initiatives, including process optimization, technology implementation, and operational enhancements.
- Analyze and Improve Processes: Evaluate current Treasury workflows and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and drive automation.
- System Implementation: Collaborate on the integration and deployment of Treasury management systems (e.g., cash flow forecasting tools, payment platforms) to meet business needs.
- Data Analysis: Conduct financial data analysis to support decision-making in areas such as cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimization.
- Team Collaboration: Work with Finance, IT, and external consultants to ensure smooth execution of transformation projects.
- Documentation: Prepare clear and concise documentation of processes, workflows, and project updates for stakeholders.
- Compliance and Risk: Support adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal controls during the transformation process.
Skills and Experience requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in Treasury operations, financial analysis, or supporting transformation projects, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Exposure to Treasury management systems and tools like Kyriba, SAP Treasury, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial analysis tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a bonus but not required.
