MAIN PURPOSE

Reporting to Assistant Manager, Business Performance, the Business Performance Senior Executive will be the primary lead in monthly sales and stock data reporting, identifying discrepancies and collaborating with Commercial team members to ensure data accuracy and timeliness of monthly reports. They will also review and implement process improvements in the current data reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate and partner with Commercial Teams to assist in Business Performance Reporting by managing the ETL process of monthly retailer sales and stock reports.
• Primary lead in identifying data inaccuracies, investigate data anomalies, and report trends.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage door and counter data, managing the counter master list in FOCUS BI.
• Lead data input process during quarterly sales and budget forecasting exercises; ensure data consistency between Commercial input and Finance figures, and accurate monthly phasing of data from regional to retailer level.
• Review, plan, and execute process improvements in current sales and stock reporting processes.
• Support in presentation deck preparation and data analysis for retailer and/or leadership meetings.
• Other ad hoc business performance projects to support Commercial objectives and strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min. 3 years relevant experience.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions, Power Query, and VBA.
• Recognized university degree or equivalent tertiary education.
• Keen attention to detail with the analytical aptitude to identify anomalies and trends in data.
• Adaptable in both an independent contributor and team role.
• Possesses a growth mindset and proactive in ensuring and improving operational excellence.
