Job Summary
You will develop and customize tour packages, manage travel bookings, and maintain strong relationships with service providers to deliver seamless travel experiences for inbound and outbound travelers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize tour packages tailored to inbound and outbound travelers preferences and requirements
- Manage travel inquiries, prepare quotations, and process bookings for air tickets, accommodation, and insurance to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with local and overseas service providers including hotels and attractions to secure quality services
- Deliver excellent customer service by coordinating and ensuring smooth execution of travel itineraries
- Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients and partners for clear and efficient travel arrangements
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare documents and reports related to travel bookings and client communications
- Work proactively and independently within a small team to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and timely follow-up
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with travel booking systems to enhance booking efficiency and accuracy
