- Perform administrative duties
- Provide support to various departments and operational teams

- Handle queries and feedback
- Research required information
- Source for new vendors and suppliers
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers
- Perform comparison and analysis
- Plan and execute company events or activities
- Provide support for special projects
- Assist with operational duties when necessary
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Preferably with prior experience in similar role in Chinese restaurant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to speak and write Mandarin/Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleagues
- Willing to learn and open to taking on a variety of tasks
- Team player who is able to work independently
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and handle high volume of work in fast paced environment
- Able and willing to work on weekends and PH when necessary
