The Travel & Guest Services Executive provides high-quality travel and hospitality support to clients, focusing on personalized service, luxury travel experiences, and seamless administrative coordination. The role involves direct client interaction, travel planning, and support for group and individual travel arrangements.
Client Support & Service
- Handle general inquiries and provide travel-related assistance to walk-in clients and callers.
- Respond to email inquiries regarding hotel pricing, availability, and luxury travel programs.
- Introduce and explain premium travel programs, highlighting exclusive benefits for clients.
- Manage the fast-track upgrade process for Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) Discovery members.
Travel Planning & Coordination
- Prepare detailed, personalized travel itineraries tailored to high-value clients.
- Assist in flight quotation preparation using New Distribution Capability (NDC) platforms.
- Support group travel logistics, including proposals, name list verification, and coordination with suppliers or internal teams.
- Guide clients through visa application processes, liaising with embassies or visa centers, and tracking application statuses.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Update client details in Excel tracking sheets and manage membership upgrade communications.
- Prepare professional documentation and reports to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support ad-hoc duties and event coordination as required.
Event & Experiential Coordination
- Coordinate luxury shopping experiences at destinations such as Printemps (France) and Bicester Village (UK).
- Represent the organization at travel fairs and promotional events, including NATAS, Singapore Airlines Travel Fair (SQ TTF), and Travel Talk.
Experience & Qualifications
- Current students in Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to provide a high level of client service.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
