Role Description

We are expanding our LCL operations and deploying a new Agentic Order Management System (OMS) to automate and streamline end-to-end workflows.

We are looking for a computer-savvy, motivated Operations Executive to:

Run day-to-day LCL operations using our digital OMS

Support and understudy the LCL Operations Manager

Learn LCL operations end-to-end and grow into a senior role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys systems, structure, and problem-solving, and wants long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor LCL orders via digital OMS

Coordinate with customers, depots, transport, and internal teams

Handle operational exceptions and escalate when required

Support billing accuracy and job closure

Maintain SOP compliance and documentation discipline

Participate in system improvements and workflow optimisation

Understudy the LCL Operations Manager

Requirements:

Must-have

Comfortable with digital systems and structured workflows

Strong attention to detail and logical thinking

Willingness to learn LCL operations end-to-end

Responsible, motivated, and able to work independently

Nice-to-have

LCL / freight forwarding / logistics experience

Excel, dashboards, or reporting exposure

Experience working with OMS, WMS, TMS, or ERP systems
