To plan and assign daily transport bookings to all drivers and manpower,
Carry out scheduled transport and relevant bookings according to customer's requirements,
Preparation of necessary documents for collection and/or delivery of cargoes,
Communicate with customers on the booking arrangement and coordinate job assignments,
Ensure that all delivery / collection schedules are completed on time,
Ability to work under fast-paced environment and evolving circumstances,
Positive working attitude and possess leadership qualities.
Arrange for necessary when vehicle has broken down or in the event of an accident.
Arrange drivers to check their vehicles on a bi-weekly basis on vehicle cleaniness, condition (eg. engine oil, brake fluid, etc...) to ensure vehicle is in good driving condition
Oversee container unstuffing and allocate necessary manpower
Issuance / Receiving of cargo into our store and ensure proper labellin
