Transport Controller

Responsibilities

• Receive Customer Orders and schedule jobs to drivers accordingly meeting the Vessel ETA
• Make sure the drivers are treated fairly and there is no unfair distribution of trips
• Provide Polite and Professional Customer Service
• Use Portnet for processing, checking of vessel information
• Use CMS Live/Trips for GPS Tracking of vehicles
• Manage drivers leaves, incentives etc
• Duties assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Basic Computer skills, good typing speed
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
