As part of our regional growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our Singapore office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across corporate services.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of services to a diverse international client base.
- Spearhead the execution of global automation and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring regional alignment and adoption.
- Develop and implement operational KPIs and reporting tools to monitor efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across legal, risk, IT, and finance to support operational excellence and scalability.
- Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory developments across relevant jurisdictions, ensuring processes remain compliant and risk-controlled.
- Support business growth by ensuring operations can meet the evolving needs of clients and service lines.
Requirements
- Proven track record (8+ years) in operations within the fiduciary, corporate services, or professional services industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate services, trust structures, and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience leading teams across regions and managing service delivery in a client-focused environment.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering automation or digital transformation projects at a regional or global level.
- Strategic thinker with excellent project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment with a hands-on and collaborative approach.
