Metta Welfare Association is seeking a Transformation Manager to drive organisation-wide transformation initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency, digital adoption and service impact. The role will work closely with senior management to lead strategic projects, process improvements and change management efforts across programmes and corporate functions.
Support senior leadership in developing and executing Metta's transformation roadmap
Lead digitalisation and process improvement initiatives across HR, Finance, Fundraising, Facilities and programme operations
Oversee implementation of digital tools and systems and ensure user adoption
Partner with programme leaders to pilot and scale innovative service models
Monitor and evaluate programme and project outcomes
Facilitate change management, staff engagement and capability building
Develop dashboards, reports and updates for management and Board reporting
Ensure governance and compliance for transformation and grant-funded projects
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Social Sciences or related field (postgraduate qualification preferred)
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in strategy, transformation, project management or organisational development
Experience in social service or non-profit sector is an advantage
Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and organisational change
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with digital transformation and improvement frameworks (e.g. Lean, Agile, Design Thinking)
