Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Transformation Director based in Singapore, with the flexibility to perform some work remotely. The Transformation Director will oversee digital and business transformation initiatives, manage complex programs, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of transformational strategies. Key responsibilities include analyzing business processes, consulting with teams to identify areas for improvement, and driving transformative solutions to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Digital Transformation and Business Transformation, with proven experience in leading and implementing large-scale change initiatives.
- Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to assess complex business challenges and identify actionable insights and innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in Program Management, including planning, execution, resource allocation, and risk management for cross-functional projects.
- Experience in Consulting, with skills in stakeholder management, strategy formulation, and providing actionable recommendations to drive success.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with data engineering, IT consulting, or related fields is advantageous.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
