Transformation Director

Director APAC Transformation Programmes

We're looking for an experienced Director APAC Transformation professional to drive complex, front-to-back strategic initiatives spanning business growth, regulatory change, infrastructure, risk and controls.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex, cross-functional transformation across APAC, supporting business monetization, regulatory change and front-to-back implementation through a strong understanding of business, risk and control considerations.
• Lead end-to-end regional transformation and strategic initiatives.
• Align senior stakeholders, business functions and global entities to deliver impactful solutions.
• Enhance operating models, strengthen controls and drive sustainable growth.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Global Markets, investment banking, transformation or business management within an investment banking or hedge fund.
• Hands-on knowledge of Fixed Income or Equities products is preferred.
• Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across APAC.
• Strong analytical, execution and stakeholder management skills.
