We are now inviting passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as a Transfer Agency, Senior Executive / Executive.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be:
- Review and verify trade instructions eg. Subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches
- Update investor details and transactions into the transfer agency system.
- Review Know Your Client (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) and due diligence documentation of investors for accuracy and completeness.
- Review information for FATCA and CRS.
- Liaise with investors and investment managers.
- Attend to and ensure timely responses to Fund Managers and Investors queries.
- Review and provide operational comments on Operational Memorandum of the Funds, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Perform walk-throughs with new clients on transfer agency procedures and service deliverables before the start of the Funds initial launch.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational, time management, planning and co-ordination skills.
- Diligent and meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Polytechnic or University degree holder.
- Fresh Graduate with a positive attitude and strong commitment to excellence are welcome to apply.
