about the job

In this role, you will focus on the strategic placement of Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) and other transactional insurance products. You will act as a key intermediary, ensuring that insurance solutions are seamlessly integrated into corporate deal structures.

• Advisory: Provide objective guidance on risk transfer options for mergers, acquisitions, and divestments.

• Placement: Manage the full lifecycle of the insurance placement, from initial inquiry and information gathering to binding the policy.

• Negotiation: Work closely with underwriters to secure terms that meet the specific needs of the transaction.

• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with legal counsel and corporate stakeholders to ensure all insurance documentation aligns with the transaction agreements.

• Market Insight: Stay informed on local and regional trends within the transactional risk space to provide relevant updates to clients.

• Technical Skills: Ability to interpret corporate transaction documents and translate them into appropriate insurance coverage.
