Key Responsibilities
Daily Trade Processing
- Process trade-related transactions in accordance with service level agreements and regulatory guidelines.
- Check trade documents for accuracy and compliance with International Chamber of Commerce Rules (UCP, ISBP, URC, ISP, URDG).
- Monitor incoming/outgoing trade activities and perform periodic reconciliations.
- Track daily reports and resolve discrepancies.
Client Liaison & Issue Resolution
- Communicate with clients to update trade transaction status.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and provide actionable solutions.
Transactional Approval & Compliance
- Perform FMF checks and be familiar with AML-related issues.
- Ensure all transactions adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement & Project Support
- Contribute to process enhancements and ad hoc operational projects.
- Support initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
