Discover the Role

The Transaction Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution and coordination of Capital Markets Services transactions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant delivery. The role acts as a senior central point of contact with clients and external counterparties including originators, arrangers, deal counsel, and other service providers. The Transaction Manager is also responsible for internal stakeholder coordination (e.g., legal, compliance, front office), driving issue resolution related to documentation and closing plus regulatory and risk management matters

Key Responsibilities

  • end-to-end execution and coordination of Capital Markets Services transactions

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in law, finance, accounting or related
  • 5 to 8+ years Transaction Management experience in Corporate Trust or Capital Markets
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets transactions, loan structures, and associated documentation
  • Understanding of KYC / AML and client onboarding processes
  • Excellent execution discipline with high attention to detail and risk awareness, strong communication skills
