Job Description:
- Support testing support for customers for CBPR+
- Responsible for managing the successful CBPR+ migration and integration of our transaction banking solutions, including OCBC Velocity, API, H2H, and SWIFT Fileact, estimating about 150 customers
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as product management & development, operations, and technical support, to ensure smooth execution of implementation projects.
- Provide regular updates to team lead on project progress

- Provide level 2 support to frontliners (Business Service Centre, Relationship Managers) on CBPR+ related enquiries
- Technically savvy. Comfortable in reading technical specifications.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the banking industry, specifically in transaction banking or related roles.
- Good knowledge of transaction banking products, such as API, H2H, and SWIFT, is preferred.
- Willing to manage end-to-end project implementation, from gathering customer requirements to testing and deployment.
- Able to communicate clearly in both written and verbal form, including explaining technical concepts effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Mature, diligent, outcomes-driven, self-starter, all-round team-player
- Technically savvy. Comfortable in reading technical specifications.
