Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and process hire purchase loan applications with accurate documentation.
- Guide customers through loan terms, repayment schedules, and requirements.
- Verify, update, and maintain customer information in line with compliance standards.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and internal departments to ensure smooth processing.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding documents and payments.
Requirements:
- No experience required. On job training provided
- Minimum Nitec Qualification
