Role Description The role is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of events, including setting up event spaces, and ensuring a smooth experience. You will engage with potential customers, present products or services, and handle basic sales processes such as answering inquiries and following up with leads. Day-to-day responsibilities include working closely with the team to meet event and sales targets, maintaining a professional brand image, and providing feedback from customers to improve offerings. Training will be provided to help you understand the company's products, event workflows, and sales techniques, enabling you to grow into the role and take on more responsibilities over time.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers.
- Customer service and sales aptitude, including a willingness to learn consultative selling and relationship-building techniques.
- Organizational and time management skills to support event setup, coordination, and on-site operations efficiently.
- Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate, support colleagues, and contribute positively to a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to manage on-the-ground issues and respond to changing event or customer needs.
- Motivation to learn, accept training, and develop professionally within events and sales functions.
- Availability to work full-time, including occasional evenings or weekends depending on event schedules.
- Prior experience in events, sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
