We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Training Operations Executive to oversee the full cycle of SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) funding administration and execution.
This role is crucial in ensuring smooth training operations, funding compliance, and accurate claims submission. You will work closely with trainees, trainers, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure every course runs efficiently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end SSG funding administration and execution.
- Manage trainee registration and enrolment processes.
- Handle all aspects of class administration, including invoicing, payments, attendance tracking, and assessment coordination.
- Prepare and submit SSG funding claims, monitor disbursements, and support audit requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest SSG policies, funding schemes, and procedural changes to ensure full compliance with SSG/TPGateway guidelines.
- Act as the SSG Advisor to the Sales Team, providing timely and accurate guidance on funding eligibility, application steps, and required documentation for customer orders involving SSG funding.
- Provide general operational support to ensure smooth training delivery.
Order Processing (Secondary Role)
- Process and verify all sales orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and SSG requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or issues related to orders.
- Maintain organised records and proper filing of all order-related documents for audit and reporting purposes.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in training operations or SSG-funded program administration preferred.
- Familiarity with TPGateway, SSG funding schemes, and related processes will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customerservice orientation.
