The training executive will handle the full spectrum of training administration and will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing training programs tailored to the needs of the construction sector. This role ensures that employees are equipped with the necessary technical skills, safety awareness, and professional competencies to meet industry standards and company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Handles the full spectrum of training administration, course scheduling, setups and facilitation of training courses and examinations, processing of training grants and maintaining of training records
- Carry out general administrative functions such as handling phone/email enquiries, etc.
- Prepare invoice to Finance for payment
- Design and develop training modules for construction-related skills, safety practices and compliance requirements
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Job Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related discipline
- Experience in training development, preferably in construction or industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards and construction practices
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, digital learning tools and social media
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Familiar with WSQ framework & Hands-on experience with TPGateway is mandatory
- Excellent team player and can work independently with minimum supervision
- ACLP Certified would be advantageous
