Job Summary

Coordinate and manage events and training courses to ensure smooth delivery and participant satisfaction. Collaborate with stakeholders to promote and support business continuity training programs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule events and training sessions to meet organizational objectives
  • Manage course enquiries and execute the end-to-end enrolment process to ensure participant registration accuracy
  • Liaise with trainers, participants, and internal teams to facilitate seamless training delivery and communication
  • Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring smooth execution and promptly resolving operational issues
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and materials for events
  • Support the submission and administration of new training courses to expand the training portfolio

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event management, training coordination, or a similar role
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Events Management, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective stakeholder engagement
  • Good organisational and time management skills applied to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality
  • Strong problem-solving skills used to identify and resolve issues during event and training operations
