Working Hour/Day: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm/ Mon - Fri
Job Descriptions:
- This Role required to lead a small team of Instructional Designers and Content Developers to design and deliver engaging to the clients
- Leads the team to help the clients define their staff's competency needs, design the corresponding learning and assessment methods
- Design and develop the most appropriate and engaging adult learning contents to inspire and qualify clients staff
- Focus on designing learner centric pedagogies tailored to each client's training needs and frameworks
- Involves developing and reviewing lesson plans and materials to support desired training outcomes,
- Ensuring materials are digital and accessible via Client's Learning Management System
- Material include reference publications, interactive slides, quizzes, videos, handouts and instructor guides
- Project Management ensures timely delivery of these services, good coordination and engagement
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or equivalent
- Qualification or Certificate in Training Development or Instructional Design from IAL, NIE or Accredited Training Institution
- At least 2 years of education/training industry related working experience including ex MOE Education Officer or Equivalent
- or Senior Instructor Appointment in SAF Schools
- Develop Lesson Plans and Assessment Plans
- Developing Training Material such as Lecture Slides, facilitator guides, courseware for eLearning
- Competency in instructional design with expertise in development. Experience in content development, project management
- all phases of the instructional design process
