Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop training programs.
- Deliver theory and practical training on treatments, product knowledge, customer service, and sales.
- Assess trainee skill levels and provide coaching.
- Perform training evaluations and prepare reports.
- Conduct outlet audits to ensure service standards and skills compliance.
- Recommend and carry out additional training or re-training.
- Support R&D by testing products, tools, and equipment.
Requirements:
- Relevant beauty/therapy qualifications (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, NITEC).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in massage and facial therapy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate.
- Strong communication and training delivery skills.
