Job Description
1. Report to Business Development Manager/Head
2. To manage daily course enquiries & bookings from our clients in super efficient & friendly manner
3. To manage delegates onsite training registration processes from start to end of course with a big heart & a big smile
4. Perform all assigned duties in full compliance with the Group's approved software driven work processes
Job Requirements
1. Holder of Diploma/Degree in either Hospitality, Secretarial, HR, Training Management
2. We are looking for a personality who enjoys meeting people & passionate in providing great customer service
3. Minimum 2 years working experience in a customer centric organisation
4. Good interpersonal skills & a team player
5. Proficient in English
