Position Title:Training Assistant

Requirements
1. Citizenship/PR Status: Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
2. Language Proficiency:
Mandatory: Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Advantageous: Proficiency in Malay.
3. Core Competencies:
Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to efficiently schedule training sessions and manage trainer resources.
Strong analytical and feedback skills to evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvement measures.
Proactive in needs assessment, able to identify operational pain points and recommend training/workshop solutions.
Basic instructional design capability to develop foundational training content and diversify assessment methods.
4.Personal Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator with a passion for enhancing team operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Programme Implementation:
Execute group-wide training plans by coordinating trainers, schedules, and venues; organise and deliver local training sessions in Singapore.
2. Training Effectiveness Follow-up:
Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, identify gaps, propose corrective actions, and arrange re-training where necessary.
3. Training Needs Analysis & Feedback:
Proactively engage with business units to identify training needs aligned with operational/process improvement goals; recommend training and workshop initiatives.
4. Course Development & Enhancement:
Independently develop basic training modules, innovate training delivery formats, and design effective evaluation mechanisms to measure training impact.
