Overview
We are looking for a Training Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programmes. This role works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure training initiatives are well-executed and effective in supporting operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement training programmes, including scheduling trainers, sessions, and venues
- Support the delivery of local training sessions
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness identify gaps and arrange follow-up or re-training where needed
- Engage business units to understand training needs and provide feedback-based recommendations
- Assist in developing basic training materials, modules, and assessment methods
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to to handle both English and Mandarin speaking customers and stakeholders
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Good analytical and feedback skills to assess training outcomes
- Proactive and detail-oriented with good communication skills
- Able to develop basic training content and support simple instructional design
