Job Description

The ideal candidate is experienced in learning management system administration. We seek an administrator who understands time-based deliverables for large projects. To be successful in this position, you should have an insightful understanding of learning management systems activity creation.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Learning Administrator will provide support in the ongoing creation, implementation, and development organization curriculum services, learning management system, training videos, and system wide training rollouts.

  • Update and design training curricula, materials and programs including, but not limited to, functional technical skills, leadership development, and new initiatives.
  • Designs visual aspects of curricula, e-learning, and other LMS activities
  • Works simultaneously on multiple projects based on current curriculum needs

- Check and verify employee records

- Reconciles student certification training records.

  • Uses office automated systems to input data, generate reports and conduct specialized research projects as requested by the Certification Manager

- Updates logs and databases and maintains files and documentation

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above
  • project management experience in a technical environment
  • Learning Management System experience
  • Detail-oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and facilitation skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications for data presentation and analysis.
  • Proficient in the English language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
