Job Summary

We are looking for passionate individuals to join us as Trainer / Associate Trainer. No prior training experience is required - full training, mentoring, and facilitation guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate physical or classroom-based courses and workshops to deliver engaging learning experiences
• Deliver lesson content clearly using prepared slides, worksheets, and materials to support learner understanding
• Guide learners through hands-on activities or discussions to reinforce course concepts
• Support learners during class and assessments to help them achieve learning outcomes
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and professional learning environment for all participants
• Follow training standard operating procedures, course structure, and compliance requirements to ensure quality delivery
• Assist in setting up classrooms, preparing materials, and performing basic administrative tasks to support smooth course operations
