The Opportunity: Scored an A1, A2, or B3 for O-Level English We'll Teach You How to Teach. Many Singaporeans naturally excel at English but never consider teaching because they lack formal experience. What You Will Do:

• Learn the Craft: Undergo direct mentorship and shadow senior educators to master our curriculum and teaching methodologies.

• Deliver Engaging Lessons: Transition into leading your own primary/secondary English classes using interactive, gamified techniques that make learning fun and effective.

• Track & Motivate: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and act as a mentor to younger learners.

• Innovate: Collaborate with the core academic team to inject fresh ideas, tech tools, and creative angles into our existing lesson plans.

What We Are Looking For:

• Academic Competency: Scored an A1, A2, or B3 in O-Level English (or equivalent strong grades in A-Level General Paper/Polytechnic modules).

• Zero Experience Required: Fresh graduates, diploma holders, and post-A-level students are highly encouraged to apply. We provide the training you provide the enthusiasm.

• Dynamic Communicator: You are confident, articulate, and can explain concepts simply and engagingly.
