The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our online bookstore and expand our presence within the school sector locally and regionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and market share
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education publishing sector
- Build and maintain partnerships with publishers, authors, and stakeholders
- Lead sales initiatives and campaigns to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate on digital marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement
- Enhance customer engagement and overall experience
- Analyze sales performance and provide insights to stakeholders
- Work closely with schools (local and international) to expand outreach programs
Requirements
Essential:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
- Positive, articulate, and adaptable team player
