Trainee - Corporate Coverage (Contract)

Main Responsibilities

• Financial spreads and leading into deriving/generating the counterparty rating
• Liaise with CSU and KYC vetting on documentation issues (including contacting our southeast Asia clients)
• Liaise with middle office and back office to process loan drawdowns

Required Skills

• Masters/University Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• Thorough understanding of corporate and Investment banking products
• Strong critical thinking with the ability to evaluate companies and financial information quickly and accurately
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong work ethics, detail orientation and a passion for excellence
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and also a good team player
