Sembcorp Specialised Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, provides design and build services with an in-house multidisciplinary consultancy. Specialising in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects, we deliver innovative and efficient solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and update BIM models for architectural, structural, and M&E components.
- Assist in clash detection and coordination among disciplines.
- Prepare 3D visualizations and technical documentation.
- Support BIM data management and compliance with project standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate model representation.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks).
- Understanding of construction processes and building systems.
- Ability to interpret and integrate multidisciplinary drawings.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and workflows.
- Strong digital modeling and visualization skills.
