BIM Modeller (Electrical) - 6 Months Contract
- Office: Jalan Besar / Lavender MRT
- Project Site: TUAS areas (Transport provided for designation MRT station to site office)
- Salary: $3500 to $4200
Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm, Sat may need works depends on site (if works 8 hours can claim allowances)
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related field
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD.
- At least 2 years experience in construction or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Familiar with BIM coordination processes and drawing production
Job scope
- 1) Develop and update BIM models for Electrical services using Revit.
- 2) Prepare detailed 3D models for electrical systems including cable trays, trunking, conduits and equipment layouts.
- 3) Produce shop drawings and coordination drawings based on BIM models.
- 4) Support clash detection and coordination with other disciplines (Mechanical, Architectural and Civil).
- 5) Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM standards and requirements. Update models based on design changes and site conditions.
- 6) Assist engineers and BIM coordinators with model updates and project documentation.
