Trainee Area Manager

Job Description /

• Support the daily operations and management of multiple stores within the assigned area.
• Monitor store performance, sales targets, and operational standards to drive business growth.,
• Conduct regular store visits and provide on-site coaching and guidance to store teams.,
• Ensure compliance with company SOP, visual merchandising standards, and customer service quality.SOP
• Assist in manpower planning, team development, and operational improvement across stores.
• Able to work flexibly across different store locations and perform mobile working based on operational needs.,
• Support new store openings, store upgrades, and special operational projects when required.

Requirements /

• Experience in multi-store retail operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.,,
• Willing to travel between stores and support mobile operations.
